[摘要]業(yè)經過多年的，已經成為國民的重要組成部分。但旅游環(huán)境建設的相對落后導致了旅游業(yè)發(fā)展中市場秩序不規(guī)范、管理無章可循和法制觀念滯后的現(xiàn)象比較突出。本文從中國旅游法律環(huán)境的組成結構入手，探討其發(fā)展中存在的，提出建設性的意見，供業(yè)內和相關行業(yè)人士。
