嬰兒先天性膈疝手術(shù)的麻醉處理

【摘要】 目的：探討嬰兒先天性隔疝手術(shù)的麻醉處理和圍術(shù)期管理。方法：回顧性分析32例嬰兒先天性隔疝手術(shù)的麻醉資料。 結(jié)果:32例患兒麻醉過程較平穩(wěn)，均順利完成手術(shù)，無手術(shù)中麻醉死亡。其中22例術(shù)后按時(shí)拔除氣管導(dǎo)管，9例患兒延遲拔管，1例患兒放棄治療。結(jié)論:嬰兒先天性隔疝手術(shù)麻醉有其特殊性，術(shù)中應(yīng)加強(qiáng)麻醉管理。【關(guān)鍵詞】 先天性遺傳性新生兒疾病和畸形；疝，橫隔/外科學(xué)；麻醉［ABSTRACT］ Objective: To investigate the perioperative anesthesia managements of infants with congenital diaphragmatic hernia during surgery and perioperative period.
